Welcome to Brentwood
An affluent residential neighborhood on the westside of Los Angeles.
Brentwood is a sophisticated neighborhood known for quaint, well-appointed homes on tree-lined streets that stretch up into the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains on Los Angeles’ westside. Many Hollywood stars and musicians live in this well-situated community.
Brentwood traces its roots to the 1880s and the establishment of the 600-acre Pacific Branch of the National Home for Disabled Soldiers and Sailors. A small community grew outside the west gate, taking on the name Westgate. It was annexed by Los Angeles on June 14, 1916.
The median home value is $2.2 million, and the mean household income is more than $300,000.
